CHICKEN MUSHROOM & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

  Recipe by:  ghostingcarbs Casseroles are one of my fave meals.  They're super easy to make, and they are great leftovers the next day.   This one is no different!   ⠀ ⠀ Ingredients:⠀ Chicken⠀ 2 tbsp olive oil ⠀ Mushrooms⠀ 1.5 cups broccoli florets ⠀ 2 cloves of chopped garlic ⠀ @flavorgod  ranch seasoning ⠀ Salt & pepper ⠀ Half cup chicken broth ⠀ 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream⠀ Pinch of xanthan gum⠀ 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella ⠀ Handful shredded parmesan⠀ Red pepper flakes ⠀ Parsley ⠀ ⠀ Great News! You Do NOT Have to Give Up Your Favorite  Bread, Sandwiches & Pizza  to Follow a 100%  Paleo  or  Ketogenic  Diet.. In a sauce pan, heat mushrooms in olive oil.  Stir in garlic, broccoli and seasoning.   Set aside.  ⠀ ⠀ In a baking dish, layer chicken (I seasoned and air fried the chicken) in the bottom and top with mushroom/broccoli mix.   In the same pan used to cook mushroom, add ch...

RANCH CHAFFLE HAM & BACON SANDWICH!!

Chaffles:⠀
1 egg⠀
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella ⠀
2 tbsp almond flour⠀
1/2 tsp baking powder ⠀
@flavorgod ranch seasoning ⠀
Mix everything together and cook in a @bydash mini waffle maker.  Makes 2.  ⠀

Then i just loaded it up with sliced ham, @mamalilspeppers, bacon, wild greens, lettuce, pickles and silantra sauce (IYKYK - @hannah_nos_carbs!).   ⠀
