Buttery Garlic Steak Bites

This is officially my new favorite way to eat steak! The smaller pieces come out super tender and flavorful! I also cooked the steak in the air fryer so no messy stove, double win! 🙌🏻

Here’s the recipe: ⤵️

Ingredients:
- Steak, cut into 1/2” cubes (ribeye, sirloin, tri-tip or what you have)
- 1-2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:
* In a bowl season the steak cubes soy sauce, onion powder, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until the steak is fully coated.

* Set aside and let sit at room temperature for 15 mins.
⠀
* Next, coat the steak with the melted butter. Giving everything a few good stirs.
⠀
* Spread the steak in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, shaking and flipping and the steak half way through (time depends on your preferred doneness and thickness of the steak.

* Check the steak to see how well done it is cooked. If you want the steak more done, add an extra 2-4 minutes of cooking time.

I paired my steak bites with a crispy Chopped Caesar Salad. 😋
